Our orders are processed within 1-2 business days. 

 

Shipping times

All of our orders are shipped from our workshop in Toronto, Canada. We are currently shipping to Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, the European Union and Australia. 

• Orders shipped within Canada will arrive within 2-5 business days.
• Orders shipped to the United States will arrive within 2-5 business days. 
• Orders shipped to the United Kingdom will arrive within 4-8 business days. 
• Order shipped to the European Union will arrive within 5-9 business days. 
• Orders shipped to Australia will arrive arrive within 8-12 business days. 

Free shipping

Standard shipping on all products and to all locations is FREE. Paid expedited shipping options are available at checkout. 

 

Duties and fees on orders

• All orders shipped within Canada, to the United States and Australia will NOT require you to pay any additional duties or fees on the arrival of your order.
• Orders shipped to the United Kingdom or the European Union may require the payment of local VAT (Value added Tax) on the arrival of your order.
